SYNERGY-G LLC ("Synergy-G", "we") rents and manages property, constructs buildings, utility and telecom networks, water projects and other structures, performs specialised construction works, operates camping grounds, provides sports and recreation activities and carries out marine fishing. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Campers and guests
Name, contacts, stay dates, vehicle plates and identity data as required for guest registration.
3. Construction and property clients
Contacts, site documents, contracts and invoices.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (registration, construction, fishing permits, tax), legitimate interests (site and park security).
5. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.

No tracking cookies. Photos load from a third-party image service, which receives your IP address.
